4. Shipping and delivery
4.1 Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days. Estimated delivery time may vary depending on the customer's location, but generally ranges from 7 to 14 working days.
4.2 Holly & Kate is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as customs, strikes or events beyond our control.
4.3 The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect details.
5. Right of withdrawal and returns
5.1 The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the product, without needing to provide a reason.

5.3 Important: Returns are not free of charge. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia (the address will be provided by email).
5.4 The product must be returned unused, with all its accessories, clean and in its original packaging.
5.5 Once the product has been received and inspected, we will process the refund within a maximum of 7 working days.
5.6 We reserve the right to decline returns of products that are used, damaged, or lack valid justification.
6. Legal warranty
6.1 All our products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity established under applicable law.
6.2 In the case of a faulty product, the customer is entitled to repair, replacement or, in some cases, a refund, provided the fault was not caused by misuse.
7. Limitation of liability
7.1 Holly & Kate will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the product or the website.
